GRUPO AHUEVO SL undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy with regard to personal data, as well as its duty to store them, adopting, for this purpose, the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account at all times the state of technology.

The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification of inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data, in the possession of GRUPO AHUEVO SL is no longer necessary, under the terms and conditions provided for in the current legislation on data protection, by sending a request to this effect, accompanied by a photocopy of their ID card, by post to the address indicated above.

Likewise, in compliance with article 21 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, GRUPO AHUEVO SL shall not send advertising communications by e-mail that have not been authorised by the users.
